Cafe Hero

 Chef Patty’s Fundamental Chef class, as well as Ms. Cramer’s Food Industry class, put together this year’s Café Hero. Café Hero was held at DCTC during the month of March. Café Hero served breakfast and lunch, with many great menu choices to choose from. “Café hero gives us a mindset to be able to feel what it is like to run a restaurant” says Chancy. Josh said,”People can build communication, working, and money skills.”   Students set up a restaurant like atmosphere. Students are able to rotate through jobs such as: host/hostess, servers, and cooks.it is a very fun opportunity!
